For landscape design consultation services, you may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you have purchased a design package and work has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once design work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
For installation services, refunds are available only if cancellation occurs before materials are ordered or work begins. Once installation has started, refunds will be prorated based on work completed and materials used.
Plant materials installed as part of our landscape design services are covered by our plant warranty. If plants fail to thrive within the warranty period due to installation issues, we will replace them at no additional cost. Plants that fail due to factors beyond our control (such as extreme weather, pest damage, or improper maintenance) are not covered.
Hardscape materials such as stone, pavers, and other installed features are custom-ordered for your project and cannot be returned once ordered. However, if materials arrive damaged or defective, we will arrange for replacement at no cost to you.
